All manufacturers of diesel vehicles (4-wheelers or higher) claim that the engine of theirvehicle would work at better efficiency if the owners follow the recommendations given intheir instruction manuals. There remains different mileage figure for the same capacity ofvehicle engine designed by different manufacturers. They would also not part with theirknow-how in order to prevent others from working on it. An alternative which can be thoughtof as a means to increase the engine efficiency is to preheat the fuel before it goes to engine.Though this contributes to the purpose, but needs inputs of extra energy. As this does notincrease efficiency to an appreciable extent, this is not a viable proposition. However, as perthis present invention, it has been found that a lot of scope still exists for further improvingthe engine efficiency. Herein new designs have been worked out in order to further increasevehicle diesel engine efficiency. There have been considered two modes of increasing theefficiency of vehicle diesel engines- viz. (i) by internal recovery/conserving of heat byredesign of silencer in order to utilise it back in the engine and (ii) by designing the optimumadvance of fuel injection; these two together leading to 11-15 % increase in engineefficiency.

The present invention discloses a novel multi-dimensional transit system for passengers/cargo having a flexibility to move in multiple directions as well as along inclined or contoured paths. The transit cabin carrying passengers/cargo is housed in a housing and is detachable from the housing while moving in horizontal X bay. The transit cabin has got two doors on the adjacent sides and projection brackets for interlocking the transit cabin with the housing during movement in various directions. Also the present invention discloses a system of elevator / lift that can also serve as a combined transit solution to more than one interconnected buildings

Domperidone is a drug for preventing vomiting (antiemetic). It shows good solubility in stomach (acidic pH) but poor in the intestine (alkaline pH). When it passes into intestine, precipitation occurs and drug release is prevented, decreasing therapeutic action. Hence, it is desirable that maximum release of drug should occur in stomach and passage of drug into intestine should be prevented. In present invention, this problem has been overcome by development of a floating dosage form i.e. a floating tablet, which remains in the stomach and does not pass into the intestine until maximal drug is released. The formulation comprises active drug (12.5% w/w), Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose or HPMC (30%), Chitosan (30%), Sodium Bicarbonate (10%), Lactose (7%) and Magnesium Stearate (0.5%). The formulation shows a drug release of around 76% over a period of 8 hours.
