This project is to develop a user-friendly portable low-cost wireless device for a patient which allow the doctor to virtually maintain patient surveillance through the use of devices like smartphone, tablet and PC. It can be used in ambulances, rural hospitals, home health care services for elderly, critically ill and disabled persons.
