Dr Pankaj Kumar (Professor and Associate Dean) and Vandna Sharma, from Liquid Crystal Nano Physics Research Laboratory, CURIN, have presented their research work at the National Symposium on Nano Science and Technology 2017 (NSNST-2017) from July 2-4, 2017, organized by Centre for Nano Science and Engineering (CeNSE), IISc, Bangalore. Thesymposium was aimed to bringing industry, start-ups, national labs and academia together to spark fruitful collaboration with CeNSE in field of nanoscience and technology. The symposium was inaugurated by Shri Priyank Kharge Minister, IT, BT & Tourism Govt. of Karnataka. In this three-day symposium, there were various tutorials on (i) Photovoltaics, (ii)MEMS, (iii) Bio-Sensors, (iv) Photonics and lectures by outstanding experts from industry and academia.
