Dr Saira Banu Professor CURIN is declared 20 most influential women educators of Tamilnadu, India by uLektz Wall of Fame. The initiative received hundreds of valid nominations from across Tamil Nadu, of which few nominations were shortlisted and finally, over 28 women educators were chosen in two categories. The vision of this initiative is to celebrate the unique contributions of some of the finest women educators in the state of Tamilnadu, who have not only helped enhance education and enriched the lives of thousands of students but also played a key role in bringing the positive impact in the higher education. The Finalists were selected by an eminent five-member independent Jury Panel comprising of Dr.N.Manoharan, Pro-Vice-Chancellor – AMET University, Chennai., Dr.S.R.Balasundaram, Professor & Head MCA, NIT, Trichy., Dr.S.Renukadevi, Professor & Head Dept. of Engineering Education – NITTTR, Chennai, Dr.Srinath, Director – STET Women’s College, Mannarkudi & Dr.Suriyanarayana Moorthy, Director – The Academic Council of uLektz, Chennai who played a key role in reviewing the candidates’ nominations and selecting the finalists.
