Dr Nitin Saluja and his team at CURIN got shortlisted in Times of India Innovation Challenge

Following two projects from students of Chitkara University Kartik Vij and Rouble Gupta under the mentorship of Dr Nitin Saluja and his team at CURIN got shortlisted in Times of India Innovation Challenge. Out of over 1000 entries, 45 teams got shortlisted and among them 2 teams are from Chitkara University.

Bhugoal —
With its accuracy and precision, who would need the skies to turn grey on sunny days to predict rains? BhuGoal, with a revolutionary technology tells you the exact time and date of the incoming of rains. Saving the crops, farmers and the layman from the wrath of thunders!
The PIED PIPER
Running behind rats and rodents brings a pain in the back. Hard to catch and dumping it in ground results harmful bacteria as well. The cage for rodents is now outdated as for now the rats have device a better escape mechanism. The AI powered E-pinjra brings out a new and smarter way, a technological advancement in catching these rodents effectively.
