Chitkara University became academic member of ISHRAE way back in 2016. We are the first university to do so in North India. In order to equip Mechanical Engineering graduates with better career prospects in the field of Air Conditioning & Refrigeration this collaboration was formed.
Under the able guidance of ISHRAE chitkara University later started the unique specialization program in Mechanical Engineering, which fully deals with Refrigeration & Air Conditioning. To support this initiative and to equip our students with more hands on and practical knowledge, university invested to create full fledged RAC labs with the collaboration of ISHRAE.
ISHRAE recognized the contributions made by Chitkara University in the field of RAC, Mr. Richie Mittal, National President, ISHRAE along with National Executive Council Members have honoured Vice Chancellor Ma’am with Memento for contribution in the field of technical education.
