A workshop organised on skilling the 3D CAD and 3D printing tool

The 5-day workshop with a title “3D Designing and 3D Priting” is organised by Chitkara University NewGen IEDC. The workshop delivered the skills to the participants and now the are trained to convert their creative ideas into 3D reality. The workshop is conducted  with opensource and easy-to-use computer aided design (CAD) tools. In addition to the CAD tools, this workshop also demonstrated the 3D printing process to obtain the hardware product with in no-time. As an example, the designing and printing of multiple simple yet useful products viz. mobile stand, pen stand, name plate, pen, nut and bolt is practiced with the participants,. The workshop is delivered by Mr. Sagar Juneja, Mr. Chanpreet Singh and Ms. Aaishwarika Sharma. The workshop is organised from August 4 – August 10, 2020.
