Awareness on Sustainable Water and Environment Development” was organized by Center for Water Sciences, CURIN in PeharKhurd and Pehar Kalan Village in which students of Govt. schools understood – Why to conserve water ? Quality of Drinking water and requirement of analysis of water. Live demonstration was given to students. First year students of B.Tech Applied Engineering planted different varieties of trees in the vicinity of school. Principals of the school appreciated this drive of Sustainable Water of Chitkara University, Punjab.
