Smart India Hackathon 2019 Software edition organized by MHRD, GOI and hosted by Chitkara University Punjab

Join the Smart India Hackathon 2019 Software edition SIH2019 organized by Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India and hosted by Chitkara University Punjab. 184 students will take part in the 2-day coding competition under the mentorship of professionals from the Ministry to offer software-based industrial solutions. Chitkara University is proud host of grand finale – software edition – of Smart India Hackathon. 26 finalists student teams from all over India will be descending at Chitkara University to compete in 36 hours non-stop hackathon to find software solutions to industry problems. Hon’ble Prime Minister – Shri Narendra Modi ji will interact live with the finalists present at the venue. The hackathon starts at 8:30am on 2nd March and continues till 8:30pm on 3rd March 2019. This will be preceded by an inaugural function at 7:30am on 2nd March, where Shri Prakash Javedkar ji will adress the contestants live.
