India edition of Indo-Taiwan IEEE sponsored International Conference on Computing, Analytics and Networks (ICAN2020) was successfully held in Chitkara University, Punjab on February 14-15, 2020. The conference was inaugurated in a lamp lighting ceremony by the dignitaries – Dr. Jagdish Lal Raheja (CEERI, Pilani), Dr. Rohit Y. Sharma (IIT Ropar), Dr. Ren-Song Ko (CCU, Taiwan), Dr. Adesh K. Sharma (ICAR-NDRI, Karnal), Dr. Angshuman Sarkar (KGEC, WB), Mr. Naresh (IKGPTU), Dr. Archana Mantri (General Chair, ICAN2020), Dr. Rajnish Sharma (TPC Chair, ICAN2020) and Dr. S.N. Panda (Chitkara University). Conference featured two keynote addresses by Dr. Pao-Ann Hsiung (CCU, Taiwan) and Dr. Jagdish Lal Raheja (CEERI, Pilani); three invited talks by Dr. Rohit Y. Sharma (IIT Ropar), Dr. Wei-Ta Chu (NCKU, Taiwan) and Dr. Ren-Song Ko (CCU, Taiwan). There were 40 papers presentations in five parallel tracks and conference was attended by about 150 delegates. The conference also featured two tutorials, one was delivered by Prof. Prakash Hegade (KLE Tech, Hubballi, Karnataka) and second one was delivered by Dr. Meenu Khurana & Prof. Rishu Miglani (Chitkara University). Before the India edition of the conference, Taiwan edition was held during Feb 7-8, 2020 in National Chung Cheng University (CCU), Taiwan. Joint conference proceedings will be published and will be sent for IEEE consideration for inclusion on IEEE Xplore. A detailed conference report will be available shortly.
