Chitkara University, India, and Cebu Normal University, Philippines, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on June 1, 2023, to collaborate on research and academic activities.
The MoU aims to foster cooperation between the two universities in the areas of research, teaching, and student exchange. Under the MoU, the two universities will collaborate on joint research projects, share resources, and exchange faculty and students. The MoU also includes a provision for the establishment of a joint research center between the two universities.
Dr. Archana Mantri mentioned that the MoU is a significant step in strengthening the ties between Chitkara University and Cebu Normal University. The MoU signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Amit Mittal, PVC, Research Programs, Dr. Rahul Pandey, In-charge of Research Partnerships, and Ms. Namita Sharma, Manager, Research Programs from Chitkara University. The ceremony was also attended by Dr. Genara Pacana, Dr. Jeson Bustamante, and Dr. Jobee Aharul from Cebu Normal University.
