The COE-Sustainable Construction Materials was setup in 2025, in collaboration with UltraTech Cement Ltd. The key features include Educational and advanced Training Programs for students, staff and faculty to build capacity in sustainable construction practices.
Objectives
- To equip students and faculty with practical knowledge of innovative construction materials.
- To foster innovation in sustainable materials by conducting R&D.
- To serve as a hub for collaboration, education, and dissemination of best practices in sustainable construction.
Outcomes
Educational Advancements: Implementation of training programs for students, technicians and professionals in civil engineering, equipping them with skills in sustainable construction practices and materials, thereby enhancing employability and industry readiness
