Dr. Prateek Srivastava is working as Associate Professor, Chitkara University Research and Innovation Network (CURIN), and Manager- Technology Enabling Centre, Chitkara University, Punjab. He is Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Engineering, Jaipur. He was winner of BHAVAN (Building Energy Efficiency Higher & Advanced Network) fellowship sponsored by Department of Science & Technology. He worked as BHAVAN intern at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, USA and visiting researcher at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, USA. He completed his M.Tech. (Thermal Engineering) from National Institute of Technology, Silchar. He is having approximately 3.5 years of research and teaching experience. His research interests include Building Energy Efficiency, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Green Buildings, Renewable Energy, Computational Fluid Dynamics.  He has to his credit more than 15 publications in reputed SCI-Indexed Journals and International Conferences. He is Chair Student Activities in ASHRAE Chandigarh Chapter and active member of Radiant Cooling System Technical Group in ISHRAE. He is Founder of Sustainergic Tech Pvt. Ltd., working in the area of designing and installation of low energy HVAC system, Green Building Certification, Energy Audit, customised VAM Chillers, development of psychrometric chamber, optimization of central air conditioning etc.
