The present invention discloses a simple and effective wearable apparatus for mobilisingchest secretions to give treatment to patients without requiring any physical efforts from thephysiotherapist. The apparatus comprises an inner side layer and an outer side layer; one ormore vibrating elements configured to any of the inner side layer and the outer side layer forgenerating vibrations; a potentiometer is operatively coupled with the vibrating elements tocontrol intensity of the generated vibrations of the apparatus; a display unit operativelycoupled with the potentiometer to display real time intensity of the generated vibrations of theapparatus.
