A water efficient air cooler is disclosed. The air cooler includes; a housing comprising: an inlet provided on the housing to receive air at an ambient temperature; a heat exchanger configured to receive the air at the ambient temperature, the heat exchanger comprising a plurality of coils configured for flow of a cooling fluid, wherein, as the air flow across the heat exchanger, heat exchange is affected between the air at ambient temperature and the heat exchanger to cool the air, and an outlet provided on the housing for the outward flow of cooled air. Another object of the present disclosure is to provide a water efficient air cooler that is does not increase humidity of the ambient air.
