The present disclosure pertains to a system (100) to assist a subject having autismand facilitates in enhancing physiological capacity of the subject. The system(100) includes a device (102) adapted to be coupled to a spectacle worn by thesubject, the device (102) includes an image acquisition unit (104) configured tocapture images of person interacting to the subject to detect emotions of the10 person to assist the subject in interaction, a first set of sensors (106) configured tosense heart rate value of the subject and provides sound therapies when the heartrate is not normal, a second set of sensors (108) configured to detect headmovement of the subject while focusing on one or more objects to track attentionspan of the subject. Also, the system (100) assists the subject in characters15 recognition and practicing the characters by displaying the character on a displayunit (114).
