The present disclosure provides a health monitoring and alerting system, where5 the system includes an adhesive element configured to be adhered on the skin ofan entity, where the adhesive element includes set of sensors configured to sensevarious health parameters of entities, and a processing unit configured to receive,extract and compare the extracted parameters with the predefined limit ranges. Inan embodiment, an alert unit is configured to the processing unit which gets10 activated upon receiving the set of warning signals by the processing unit, wherethe warning signals alert nearby entities to take the precautions accordingly,which prevent the transmission of contagious diseases.
