The present disclosure pertains to a system 100 for actuating ignition unit 112 of a5 vehicle 114 when rider wears helmet 102 properly. A strap 104 is attached to thehelmet 102, where the strap 104 can include a locking unit 106 to facilitate properfixing and locking of the helmet 102 on the head of the rider. The system 100 alsoincludes a sensor 108 and an RF module 120, where the sensor 108 can sense ifthe helmet 102 is properly worn by the rider on his/ her head, and in case the10 helmet 102 is properly worn by the rider, the RF module 120 can correspondinglygenerate signals to facilitate actuation of the ignition unit 112.
