The present disclosure provides a system and method for detection of presence of weed in aperson using retinal imaging. The system includes an image acquisition unit 100 to capture aretinal image of a person and, a computing unit 110 to receive the retinal image, extract oneor more retinal attributes from the received retinal image, generate an electronic signature andcompare the generated electronic signature with pre-existing electronic signatures associatedwith the set of retinal images of weed consumed persons. The system uses the deep learningmodel 118 to detect presence of weed.
