The present disclosure relates to a system including imaging device to captureimages of an area of interest and generate a set of first signals. Sensing devices forsensing first parameters of an area of interest and generate a set of second signals.A processing unit operatively configured with the imaging devices, sensingdevices and electrical device in the area of interest. A memory associated with theprocessing unit storing instructions which when executed causes the processingunit to receive, from the imaging devices and sensing devices, the set of firstsignals and the set of second signals. Identify, from the set of first signals, anumber of people present in the area of interest. Transmitting, a set of actuatingsignals if value of first parameters corresponding to number of people present inthe area of interest is less than a pre-defined threshold value.
