The present invention generally relates to a pharmaceutical composition of diabetic drug.5 Specifically, the present invention relates to a sustained release pharmaceutical compositionof glimepiride comprising of nanocomposite of glimepiride in soluplus®. The sustainedrelease composition of the present invention possesses excellent release properties.
