The present disclosure pertains to a mattress 100 for controlling temperature ofthe mattress 100, and providing massage to a user. The mattress 100 comprisingheating means 102 such as heating pads positioned across the mattress 100, aninterface 106 that facilitate in providing one or more commands to control one ormore operations, and a processing unit 118. The processing unit 118 is configured10 to heat the heating means 102 to a temperature set by a user from the interface106. The mattress 100 also include massaging assembly 110 that facilitate inproviding massage to one or more body parts of the user. Also, the mattress 100facilitates in awakening the user on a pre-set time by disturbing sleep of the userlying on the mattress.
