The present disclosure relates generally to the field of pharmaceuticals.5 Specifically, the disclosure is directed to a pharmaceutical formulation forimmediate release comprising solid dispersions of anti-hypertensive drug-Valsartan and ?-cyclodextrin along with mucilage of Hibiscus rosasinensis oChina rose. The pharmaceutical formulation shows higher and rapid drug releaseand stability. The formulation may be used in the treatment of hypertension or10 other cardiovascular diseases.
