The device includes a top layer being a charge carrier, front IDA electrodeblocks positioned between top surface of insulating layer and the top layer, such thatan electrical contact is formed between the first metal and the top layer.Back IDAelectrode blocks placed on bottom surface of the insulating layer, such that the backIDA electrode blocks is not interconnected with the front IDA electrode blocks, whereinelectron-hole charge plasma is created in the absorber layer near the front surface of theinsulating layer.
