The present disclosure relates generally to anti-microbial compounds. Morespecifically, the disclosure is directed to benzofuran and pyrazole substituted 1, 3,4-oxadiazoles compounds of Formula I, a stereoisomer, a tautomer, apharmaceutically acceptable salt or a pharmaceutically acceptable solvate thereof.10 The present disclosure also provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising thecompounds and process of preparation of the compounds.
