The present disclosure relates to augmented reality (AR) based interactive medical tableassembly includes a set of markers imprinted on a top surface of the medical table, whereineach of the set of markers is associated with at least one disease. One or more cameras forcapturing one or more images of at least one of the set of markers and an AR engineoperatively coupled with the one or more cameras. The AR engine comprising one or moreprocessors coupled to a memory, wherein the memory storing instructions executed by theone or more processors to extract one or more attributes from the captured one or moreimages, compare the extracted one or more attributes with a set of predefined features storedin a database, and generate one or more signals pertaining to information associated with theat least one disease based on the comparison.
