The present disclosure pertains to an apparatus 100 for sanitizing and sterilizingone or more objects, apparatus 100 including housing adapted to receive andaccommodate the one or more objects. The housing includes a dispensing unit 108configured to dispense one or more fluids on the received one or more objects, afirst set of sensors 102 configured to detect the one or more objects , a second set10 of sensors 104 configured to detect the load parameters of the one or more objects,a set of magnetron assemblies 106 with one or more speed mode stirrers , aprocessing unit 110 configured to actuate the dispensing unit 108 based on thedetected one or more objects and at least one of the magnetron assembly from theset of magnetron assemblies 106 based on the detected load parameters and15 facilitates in sanitization and sterilization of the one or more objects.
