The present disclosure relates to an apparatus (100) for balancing involuntarymuscle contraction of user, the apparatus including a frame (102) that includes aplurality of compartments (104) adapted to be worn on hand part of a user, one ormore receiving elements (110) adapted to receive one or more weights (108) ineach of the plurality of compartments, wherein one or more weights in each of the10 plurality of compartments are received by each individual joint of the hand part. Afastening element (106) coupled to each of the one or more receiving elements,the fastening element adapted to secure the one or more weights received in eachof the one or more receiving elements, to stabilize each individual joint of thehand part to balance the involuntary muscle contraction of user.
