Farmers suffer from huge loss of fruits/vegetables and hence bound to sell it at quite cheap prices. The preservation techniques like drying seek lots of efforts but the recent advancements in microwave engineering and the group working on the project enable energy efficient, environmentally friendly, highly cost effective and scalable machine.
