The present disclosure provides an apparatus to measure grip strength by detecting forceexerted by human on the apparatus. The apparatus comprises a compressible unit adapted tobe gripped by the user and one or more sensors detect the force exerted by the human on thecompressible unit. The apparatus includes one or more indication units which getsilluminated corresponding to the value of measured grip strength, and one or more acoustic unitsconfigured to the apparatus to generate acoustic signals corresponding to the force exertedby the user.
