The present invention generally relates to an eyewear and more particularly, a smart spectacle with color changing frame as desired by user. Specifically, the present invention relates to a smart spectacle comprising of a frame, lens, temple, an infrared sensor mounted on the temple, one or more optical fibre strip to change the color of the frame, one or more LEDbulb (s), a battery connected with the IR sensor and the LED bulb (s) and a touch panelmounted on the temple to control the bulbs.
