A real-time emergency transport system (100) includes household devices (104) configuredwith a first command switch (104a) and a second command switch (104b); emergencyvehicle devices (108), communicably coupled with the household devices (104), associatedwith emergency vehicles (106), the devices (108) being configured with a third commandswitch (108a); and hospital devices (112), communicably coupled with the emergencyvehicle devices (108), associated with hospitals (110), the devices (112) being configuredwith response switches (112a-1, 112a-2). Activation of the first command switch (104a) andthe second command switch (104b) communicates a health related issue and location of aperson in the household (102) with the emergency vehicle devices (108), and activation of thethird command switch (108a) queries the hospital devices (112) regarding assistance to thehealth related issue, and activation of the response switches (112a-1, 112a-2) confirms anassistance or non-assistance to the emergency vehicle devices (108).
