Augmented reality (AR) is a live direct or indirect view of a physical, real-world environment whose elements are augmented by computer-generated sensory input such as sound, video, graphics or GPS data. We are working on developing teaching/learning aids for engineering education using Augmented /Virtual Reality.AR/VR learning/teaching aids are an important opportunity for enhancing education due to their ability to present realistic simulations of real-life situations and provide engaging user experience to students. It has been done to enhance the interactive learning skills in engineering education.

Carvana, a successful online used car startup, has seen an opportunity to build long term trust with consumers and streamline the online buying process. An interesting part of their innovation is a custom rotating photo studio that automatically captures and processes 16 standard images of each vehicle in their inventory. While Carvana takes
high-quality photos, bright reflections and cars with similar colours as the background cause automation errors, which requires a skilled photo editor to change.
In this competition, you’re challenged to develop an algorithm that automatically removes the photo studio background. This will allow Carvana to superimpose cars on a variety of backgrounds. You’ll be analysing a dataset of photos, covering different vehicles with a wide variety of year, make, and model combinations.

The predictive analysis using the machine learning has been incorporated to meet the requirements of growing era of machine learning and automation among the IT industry. In the coming projects, the work will be carried out towards the process automation, pattern recognition, data lineage, etc using the intelligent machine learning mechanisms. The main motive behind the consideration upon the research and innovation in the IT industry automation is to meet the standards and regulations for the implementation of the real-time projects. The projects would be carried forward with the enrollment in a competition held by “KAGGLE”, which is a popular for offering the competitions in the field of predictive modelling and related stuff for analysts, researchers, statisticians and data miners to meet up the new challenges of the industry. Various real time data sets are offered with the well-defined problems, mostly with prizes on the stake, undergo the KAGGLE data science competitive space. The enrollment for the competitions in predictive modelling and industrial automation (IT) on KAGGLE is most likely for the following competitions:
1. Passenger Screening Algorithm Challenge
2. Zillow Price: Zillow’s Home Value Prediction (Zestimate)
3. Draper Satellite Image Chronology
4. CIFAR-10
5. Depth Generation – Lightfield Imaging

Autofisker is a clean energy driven vehicle for traversing the farm without disturbing the crops. The vehicle is autonomous and offers multiple farm mechanization activities like zero tillage and crop planting. Further, the expansion is envisaged towards RF solution to crop protection problems. The top down camera allow the creation of logs for real time conditions of the farm.

Diamond Like carbon films boasts of a wide variety of properties like high hardness, high Young’s modulus, high smoothness and bio compatibility etc. Owing to a large spectrum of properties in different directions, DLC films have found applications in fields like tribology, ophthalmic glasses, prosthetic joints and also in microelectronics.
Mentioned project centred around design and development of a DC based Saddle field Fast Atom Beam (FAB) source system and then using it for deposition of DLC films on silicon substrates with a broad range of dielectric constants and extremely low values of stress.
As an outcome of the project, DLC films could be deposited with dielectric constants varying from 1.6 to 3.1 with controlled values of stress.

In India, IT Act 2000 has been established to combat the challenges of cyber crime which has become a global phenomenon. It must be well understood that victimization of women is on the higher side in comparison to men. There are several issues related to cyber crime against women which need to be thoroughly understood as it may have great impact on the security of women.
Even with the increase in the number of enrollment of women for higher education the women in India are still not open minded and shy in reporting crimes against them. The threat of cyber abuses and cyber crimes is more dreadful because of the modus operandi of committing cyber crimes. It is not easy to understand the intention of the culprit. They can escape comfortably and can use different websites therefore to identify the existent of the culprit is more difficult in the case of cyber crimes.
There are various methods of providing cyber security to women in particular and society in general. But it can be possible through two ways. One woman needs to report all cyber crimes against them so that the types of threats can be understood clearly and second, the law needs to give proper security measures to women against cyber crimes.
Therefore the proposed research project is destined to achieve these twin objectives. One is to make women more aware regarding all possible cyber abuses and cyber crimes and informing them to use cyber security measures to keep the privacy of their information. Second is to suggest various improvement in IT Act 2000 to make it stronger and ensure victimized women that strong actions will be taken against the offender.

WHAT IS THE PROJECT AND ITS UTILISATION
To develop a user friendly portable low cost wireless device for patients which can be under the surveillance of doctor virtually through the doctors smart phone/tablet/pc. It can be used in Ambulance, Rural hospitals, Home health care services for elderly, disabled and critically ill persons.
HOW IT WORKS
Smart and Portable Intensive Care Unit is a wireless unit, which work through Internet based technology equipped with Cloud based server, Special Video Trans-coding software, Virtual Private Network based fast, secured and low cost transmission, android and PC applications, Micro-controllers make it small and portable. With the system the patient will be under the surveillance of doctor virtually through the doctors Smartphone/Tablet/PC. Doctor can see the patients real time vital signs parameters, talk with patient or nearby health care staff, see the magnificent view of body parts like throat, eye etc., Plan or deliver the emergency drugs though the drug delivery system thereby resulting in an in-time treatment and immediate medical assistance to patient.
BENEFITS OF THE PROJECT
The project is specifically designed for Rural and needy population of India. Due to scarcity of doctors in India, currently we have 1:10000 doctor populations and there is a great issue of monitoring and managing the remote location patients and patients in ambulance. Even if the ambulance get stuck off in traffic, with the help of this system patient can get emergency medical assistance by specialised doctors.
NATURE OF WORK
Smart and Portable Intensive Care Unit has several innovative features which make it quite useful. First its portability, it is able to work in wireless mode, operating cost is low, user friendly applications.
WHO IS THE BENEFICIARY
It can be used in Ambulance, Elderly as well as disabled persons who do not have mobility outside the house, Home health care services, Rural hospitals, Mobile health care services, Medical Colleges, any other facility where the patient load is very large.
USP OF THE PROJECT
• Remote and in-site drug delivery and planning.
• Pain management switch and alarm (both in-site and doctors smart phone).
• Video conferencing with doctor and transmission of close and magnificent view of specific part of body to smart phone.
• Non invasive vital sign transmission to smart phone.
• Vital sign exception alarm (both in-site and doctors smart phone).
• Secured, fast transmission and maintain confidentiality of patient data.
• Low cost.
OTHER INFORMATION
Patent has been filed in India as well as internationally. It is also published in World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) and we have received the International Search Report on which they have mentioned this system has novelty and industrial application.
