Meenu Khurana is a PhD is Computer Science and Engineering with 26 years of experience in industry, academics, research and administration to her credit, majorly at leadership positions in academia. She has been key for industry-academia collaborations at the University, resulting in setting up CoEs and offering seven specialization areas to undergraduate students including data science, artificial intelligence, cyber security, UI/ UX, Game Development, Digital Marketing and Entrepreneurship. She has also contributed in designing curricula for undergraduate programs at the University under academic mentorship of Universities of repute across the globe.
She is the founder of IEEE Student Branch and served as IEEE branch counselor (2009-2021) at the University. She has won several awards from IEEE and from industry collaborators for her exemplary work. She is an IEEE Senior Member, IEEE SAC Member Delhi Section and Life Member of ISTE.
She has contributed to numerous national/ international conferences, symposia, workshops as technical committee member/ chair/ co-chair/ track chair/ expert in her area of interest that includes vehicular adhoc networks, wireless sensors, fog computing, machine learning, computer networks, cyber security, curriculum designing & development and pedagogical innovation.
