The present disclosure provides a system and a method to control opening and closing of a door. A marker can be configured at said door, where the marker can be scanned by a scanning unit 114. The control unit 102 is configured to emulate an AR view of a questionnaire based on the scanning of the marker. An entity 110 is required to enter key codes through his/ her device 108 in order to answer the questionnaire. In case the entered key codes are correct, the control unit 102 can transmit instructions to the actuating unit 112, which can further facilitate in actuating of opening and closing of the door.
