The present disclosure discloses a cutter assembly 100 comprising a first member5 102 and a second member 104, where the second member 104 can be hingedlycoupled to the first member 102. The second member 104 may comprise a bladeconfigured at a first portion of the second member 104; wherein the first portion isfaced towards the first member 102. The movement of the second member 104towards the first member 102, upon exertion of a pre-defined force, may facilitate10 in cutting of one or more objects. The cutter assembly 100 can include a spring108 to facilitate a controlled movement of the second member 104 with respect tothe first member 102. The cutter assembly 100 can include a locking element 110to enable locking and unlocking of the first member 102 and the second member104 at a pre-defined angular position with respect to each other.
